i'm newbie, comments are greatly appreciated.

Too much compression on the picture, suggest you get a free account from Flicr and upload your picture with better resolution.

Compression too high, the image is only 24kb. You may want to compress it to 150kb for that size.

Anyway, it looks underexposed and there seem to be some ghosting of the street lamps. Probably due to non-multi-coated filters.

What lens are you using? You may want to try a longer exposure with a tripod. or increase ISO to a higher value depending on what lens you are using.

i used Sigma 18-50mm dc ii ex macro lens, iso 100 but i didn't use a filter.

i feel that the first night pic is a bit blur, not define and sharp enough. I feels that it's OOF.

your pics seem underexposed ... are u using a tripod? if not try using one, and use a longer shutter speed.

as for composition, i can't really tell what you were trying to capture. for example, the first picture, was it the sky, the buildings or the road in the center? if its the sky, then nothing's interesting because skies with clouds are usually more appealing then plain black skies. for the second, the words of the CC seem to stand out more (if that's what you're showing), but they're both cut off ...

when ppl mention OOF, it means out of focus, and your first shot is an example. it looks blurry and soft, and not in focus (sharp). definitely due to handshake in low light situations, as you probably didnt use a tripod. night landscape shots should always (almost) be done with tripods.

I m using ISO 200,&70-200mm f2.8 200mm with manual focusing n the pic is still suck

The second pic is very much in focus, whats the shutter speed? You may want to reduce it a little, this will help to brighten up the foreground. Setting DRO Advance to level 4 may help
as this is a high contrast scene.

Its getting worse Please use a longer exposure and tell us your full settings in the format below:

1. Shutter speed
2. Aperture
3. ISO
4. White balance
