Looking for printer and paper

Hey all,

I'm looking to get paper in bulk and would like to seek recommendations. I am currently using an A3 size matte paper which cost about 50 cents per sheet. I was wondering if you guys know of any type of paper which I can get in bulk which can be lower than this.

Actually, I'm printing a lot of pictures in 10R size, and looking for a laser printer for quick printing. Would like to seek advise on the type of printers and the ink/ribbon/powder. Currently, I'm using an Epson 1290 inkjet printer which takes about 1 minute to print pictures.

Especially at this time, I guess I'm not the only one trying to cut cost. Would appreciate all advice given.
