Default Evening lit bridge

Esplande bridge (correction)

The warm sunlight casting on the underside of the bridge creates a smoothing effect to the eye.

Exposure: F11, 1/60s, ISO 100

Will the use of polariser make the pics better? I am a big fan of contrasty blue sky.
My humble opinion

I would prefer to compose the bridge 1/3 lower of the frame to see more sky

yes , reflection of the water will cut down and of course shutter speed will reduce. recommend to use tripod.
