Yes have to admit man utd didn`t play very well, they seemed to fade off after the first goal

Carrick was USELESS - escorting people around the pitch without pressuring them, playing wide passes, losing the ball. Took 80+ mins to make his first decent challenge. Rubbish! We seriously needed defensive Darren or Owen to play.

At least we get into the finals while the others can just watch and eat sour grapes.

Barca was the better team and sad that Tevez and Berbatov didnt play enough to test their makeshift defense.

It is never easy to win back to back CL so lets look forward to next season.

Better to lose to a better team and admit we din play well unlike some who just refused to admitt he is lousy!

I think we got too much holiday and we demolarise after we conceded to their first attacked of the game!

Congrates to Barca for collecting their 3rd cup! Next season is our turn liao!

Honestly both can't really do much with Midfielder perform like that....they seems to not use to the ball...always overhit....the FW will have a hard time to chase

To me, Pieque was the Man of the Match...he made so many crucial tackle and clearance....wat a waste for MU to let him go

    it wasn't a close fight , sad to say it was a walk-over ,
barca dominated the midfield most of the time ,
i think man utd really got to spend some money in the summer for some tough midfielders
firstly they do not have the speed of liverpool and toughness from chelsea
currently i can only see 2 teams overcome barca which is chelsea and liverpool
the last time i watch the match liverpool vs barca ,
liverpool are able to break barca rythm and create their own..
ytd , i have to admit our players are simply outclassed except ronaldo
what so special in barca passing techniques? Aren't they only human ?
i think man u are too afraid of their passing .. they is real bad just like how they faced barca last season
when their only lucky with paul scholes far shot

I tink the central midfield a bit lightweight compared to teams like barca, chelsea etc.
And Owen hargreaves has been out for so long!!

i dont usually give comments, but today i just need to let off some steam.....

this morning's game was like a really bad case of premature ejaculation - after tens mins, everything just fizzled out for man utd!

for all the talk about barca's defensive frailties for this final, i just cant believe our attack could not exploit this supposed weakness!!! and how ironic that barca's two goals were due to vidic's slip-up and ferdinand's lapse of concentration....WTF

lastly, i pray to God i never see Giggs play another game for man utd ever again.... he should just hang up his boots and stop deluding himself that he can still influence games. the whole time he played today, i never saw him track back sufficiently to help out in defence ----- YOU THINK YOU WHAT???? CENTRE-FORWARD???!!!! The way he plays it's like, he's aiming to make that one killer pass that would lead to a goal.....

ever since keano left, SAF has nvr been able to find a capable battling defensive midfielder to replace him..... and though fletcher is nowhere near keano, he was sorely, sorely missed today.

barca deserved their just rewards.... congrats!

hey CENTRE MIDFIELDERS GOT PROB ,
fletcher and carrick is too weak lah
no need to mention owen harg

The battle was lost once Barca dominated control in midfield.

Tactical point of view, the withdrawal of Messi from wide into midfield ticked like hell. He ran from deep and nobody tracked him. Carrick was just simply a bystander. If only Fletcher was there.

So by the time Messi reached within the danger zone, both Vidic and Ferdinand panicked because they will think who to track Eto and Henry.

Xavi and Iniesta were both brilliant - Even Rooney hailed Iniesta as world's best.

What's more to say? The world's best team won on the night.

Man U, just cannot cope and perhaps should buy tough central midfielder.

I can see the fans here are more matured comparing to the sour grapes Fools who are still mocking at us for losing the cup.

the animosity (mixed with loads of envy, no doubt) of the supporters of the second placed team in the EPL towards man utd, has always been evident since the premiership began in 1992. but it's never permanent, just something you brush off easily.... like dandruff on your shoulders.

where are all the leeds fans now? blackburn? newcastle? all down the gutter....

chelsea, arsenal and liverpool fans are just taking turns from one season to the next being bridesmaids....

I think the performance was really poor. Only the Inter game was worst. They dun seem willing to tackle, like playing friendly. Against Wigan, they fought real hard but this match's performance was really a mystery.

Barca dun play too well either, if not, they will beat us by more than 2 goals. If its chelsea, with such performance, think we will be whacked badly.

Its just weird. the match din live up to expectations. Barca was 'normal' and Man Utd was crap.
