    Nutrition Park is the answer.
    Affordable prices.
Can you imagine ON 100% Whey GNC is retailing at $199, but NP is only $80.
GNC prices are way way overpriced.

That's why they can afford to give one for one or up to 35% discount. sommore, these are house brand items.

GNC is for convenience. imagine you need something in a jifff and need to head straight to airport.

i remember once i got a supplement from them which cost $70. they say usual price is $140 and its on 50% discount. when i went back to check online, it only cost $50. anyway, i bought it for convenience.. so, no one to blame... LOL

I started out getting all my supplements from GNC.
Till i found the local online stores, then i found out how much more i have paid.
For the same item the price diff can be as much as 50-70%.
Since then no more GNC, only NP for me.

Well, put it this way, GNC gave us knowledge when we first started out. so, i still give them credit for sharing knowledge to amateurs.

For those who does not know, you seldom see a well toned body builder sticking around at GNC. For those who knows where to get stuff, GNC may be the last place to visit unless the buyer needs something urgent or some second opinion.

I guess most of the products out there are about the same formula. Well, except the drink mixes like whey... GNC is one of the worst tasting brands out there other than being way way over priced. LOL

GNC creatines are pretty good. Experienced an improvement in stamina but its way overpriced, no doubt.

i use nutrifirst when i am in singapore.

btw, if you do proper readup, creatine IS NOT STABLE in liquid/serum form. it will degrade into creatinine. fyi. a while back some watchdog companies did tests on creatine liquid/serum and found out that the amount inside was a lot less than claimed.

and creatinine is a toxin, it doesn't do anything for you.

FYI: Creatinin may lead to LIVER & KIDNEY FAILURE. Please consult your doctor before taking it.

This is just a myth around the bodybuilding world.
Till now there is no concrete prove that creatine will indeed cause liver and kidney failure.

Plus, the danger posed by high levels of creatinine is primarily if a radioactive iodine serum is injected into you prior to a CT scan.
