reads to be larger and heavier than the previous model, and longer min focus... but yes, key diff is that its rangefinder coupled
nice addition to the voigtlander range |

Not that it matters so much on such a wide angle lens (with such a deep dof) but doesn't the LTM version focus down to 0.3m?

yap it does at 0.3m. the new one does it at 0.5m
dun really see how being coupled would help much, since it is quite easy to scalefocus. |

how much more ex is it going to be compared to the ltm version? the filter mount is a great new addition and at 52mm, easier to find. comparatively, rangefinder coupling doesn't seen to be as great an improvement.

Hi,
I would like to ask if it is possible to mount this lens onto a Nikon DSLR? LIke D700? I really love the wide angle. Is that any adaptor to mount this onto a Nikon? Sorry for my stupid question. Kim |

The widest lens on Nikon F mount that I have right now is 20/f3.5 SL-II, which is an exceptional lens from my initial testing. Just released and in stock a few days ago. Here are some pics shot on film, which is full frame (doesn't really justify the performance on crop sensors, but still excels on APS-C & H size sensors bodies). ![]() click on image to go to rest of the pictures... Hope that helps! BTW, info on this lens is here: http://www.chiifcameras.com/site2/in...d=82&Itemid=79 |
