get another reflective surface, make a hole that's big enough for your lens to put through, and fire away.

No... polarizing the light does not help with a reflected image problem

No a polarising filter will not help.

Or just clone the reflection away if feasible.

Alternatively a tilt shift lens can let u shoot without getting urself in the reflection

basically use some reflectors and put yourself in the shadows, so that you will not show up
a light tent is the simple way to achieve this

screw is simple lah... cos the number of reflections not alot, and unless like below... chrome reflective... then die... esp wan a reflection below... double jeopardy.

    lol...

think should be something like this, taken super long ago... the only 1 online now...

idea is simple... if its reflective like a mirror, then u user reflector... no matter how reflective a cylinder is, there is always a blind spot. if u shoot long enuff, u can find that spot. Unless your customer specifically want to shoot at that angle. then u suay... then you have to use 1 big piece of cloth or plastic sheet as reflector, smooth straight and continuous. then for the black part, use gaffer tape or black tape and tape over the reflector.
