If you can include the Merlion(occupying the empty space) on the right side of this photo, it might look better. Just my point of view.

Wow, I have gone through your photos on your webpages. It's hard to find another sunrise/ sunset lover like me. I like to take sunset and sunrise, but I guess to make the shots better. It has to be more than just a sunset/sunrise. Do try to include some subject with the sunset, like what Spectrum has suggested. It will make your shot even better.

thanks for ur comments! hee..actually i have some shots with the merlion in it, but i didnt bring tripod tat day! ah...damn. hee.
with 2secs exposure, couldnt realli get any decent shots. next time i will bring a tripod along!

i took this pic opposite fullerton. its the walkway between esplanade and the merlion.

try cutting a pano on this shot will make it look widespan....

nice soft colours on the sunrise... love to see a new day comes alive..

for sunsets, try going to Kranji/Woodlands/Sungei Buloh/ Lim Chu Kang areas... the places are damn good places for sunsets..

Taken some time ago... Lim Chu Kang Area...

yeah.... a blue square gel paper (for TV studio lighting usage) handheld on the top part to get the blue. The rest are tripod and slightly long exposure.

Kranji - Sungei Buloh park/ Dam
Woodlands - not much area coz of HDB areas but if you can find a tall HDB block without blockage...Marsiliing HBD area overlooking towards the causeway
Lim Chu Kang - SAF training Areas but enter at your own risk

guess i have another few new places to visit this weelend...

lim chu kang the military training ground seems quite difficult to visit if there's no own transport right...?
