Default Sharpening - comparison of different methods

Hi,

Sharpening is a difficult subject to understand and so I came up with the idea of comparing around 10 different methods with various types of images.

If this interests you then I've put all the comparison images at
http://www.broadhurst-family.co.uk/l...sharpening.htm

from this I have worked out what I think is the best method. It might be interesting if you reply to this thread saying which you think is the best and we'll see if we all agree!

The pictures are too small to show any differences. Maybe samples of 100% crop would be more effective in showing the differences.

By the way, no portrait shots for comparison?
