I believe I have seen some at Peninsula Plaza. At the shop just opposite Funan. I think its called Konota? Cathay at Peninsula probably has them too.

actually the new pricing is up. it's 29 bucks a pack and expired ones are cheaper. i think it's reasonable after you factor in shipping and what not. Plus it's still the lowest price i've seen ard singapore to be honest.
