Default Post editing. How do i achieve this?

Hi all, How do i get this kind of effects using photoshop?

It seems most of the photos have similar treatments having a vintage and faded look. I tried to play around with curves and saturation but cant seem to get it. Anyone would like to share some techniques on this? Thanks!!

Selectively shifting hue/sat adjustment layers and limiting them to some particular colours sometimes can give a cross processed look... but a Google search should yield some tutorials about it.
