Hi fellows. I wish to make a wallpaper which consist of a few photos scattered randomly (angles, overlapping, etc) across the centre. Preferably the software or website or technique should allow me to add a frame/border for each photo. I'm unsure if the term is collage or montage, but I searched for either terms using the "search" function and no "usable" results show up.
Hopefully can get some guidance here. Thanx. |

your best bet is to use Layers and Transform tool which give you maximum flexibility. It is not that difficult, you certainly do not need software. Just save it as a template for future use.
