    from the look of the lenses and the angle of the 2 cameras, i doubt so.

    Fair enough, not all of us are up to speed as there are many things that we don't know.

    I learn something new today, as most of us here have been using a monocam.

    not shooting at the nodal point is not possible or will have a lot of errors.

    oh, i thought its so that he can use both eyes to aim...old already hard to close one eye to look into VF.

    Eh... In need of some enlightenment.... What else does a stereo cam do except taking two identical photos? And why need two identical photos?

    to get steroscopic images, ie 3D. the two aren't exactly identical, they're offset by a certain distance on the bracket, which produces slightly different perpectives.. think of it as your 2 eyes..
