Default Adjusting loose legs of Manfrotto Pro Series Tripods (not the XPro)

For users of the Manfrotto Pro Series Tripods (not the XPro Series), are you having problem of 1 or more of the legs becomes loose at the hinge (where all the 3 legs meet), ie they might swing out or in without control?

I have just uploaded step by step guide to do the adjustment in this link. See post #14 & #15.
