can anybody tell me is this filter good? cos seems like seldom heard this brand though.

I think their pricing is simliar to a Hoya. Might as well get a Hoya

The brand is used to market all kinds of OEM accessories (e.g. filters and "famous" wide angle converters for DSLR). Singaporean company.
Get some decent HOYA and have a piece of mind.

I use a Vitacon 77 UV(o) slim filter on a Tokina 11-16. So far no obvious defects.
