    Red light ON = power?
Green light OFF = drying unit dead?

Lost my digi-cab instruction manual, and RH sitting at 60% with adjuster all the way CCW.

If you have an analogue AD dry cabinet then "Red" is for Power On. "Green" shows the drying output according the setting of the knob. "Bright Green" means Full Power to achieve very low humidity. No Green LED means drying output very low, resulting in higher humidity in the cabinet.
60% is a bit high, adjust the knob to about 10 o'clock position and monitor for the next day. Adjust slowly if still necessary. The green LED in my cabinet is off but still the RH hovers around 50%, working perfectly fine.
