Precisely, intended to get it from B&H, to prevent paying the GST. This will be my next month purchase.

B&H shipping already at least ~40 USD... unless buying more items else not really worth it... but buying more to offset the shipping cost might incur GST

problem with this link is, look at the photo for the comparison, it is no under the same condition. exposure, facial expression and dof of the photo shoot with the diy beauty dish is done to make it visually more appealing, much like the tv ads, they too always use such tectics.

I noticed the difference too and I found it quite puzzling. I also find direct flash to be more pleasing with regards to the model he chose. Anyways I am really lusting for you woklight. Metal is so much better than the plastic one that have to be handled with care.

alu wk cover very easy to work with, using ordinary pens knife with steel rule (dont have it, so i used rectangular tin cans) to cut the rectangular hole for flash head.

best is cut it such that there is no alu that needs to be removed, u can fold the flap up into 4 sides of the flash head which can act as support.

What material did you start with? pen knife can cut through metal? Where did you find the wok and how much does it cost?

thanks!
