Hi , can you guy recommend me a camcorder?

hello,

I am flying to hong kong next month and I wan a video camera. Hmmmm, can you guys recommend me one? budget is around 300-400. I have done my research. I am looking at Sanyo CA8, CG 9 and HD 700. May I know roughly the price of these camcorder? I like CA 8 as it is waterproof. If i were to buy in spore, where is the best place to buy? Is it cheaper if i get my video camera in hong kong?
