Default 3b2c street

These are the street shot at Raffles place during lunch time and some shot in Bugis Junction with my new Tamron 28-300 lens (non VC)

I am new in Dslr shooting and here as well, would wish those experienced ones could share their comment.

i have that lens too. using it on a day to day basis.

is it the same one? mine is the old one.

i do like your b+w photos more. the people seems to be more isolated and focused. esp the guy sitting on the right of the frame with only plants as companions.

Great thanks Puramei,

The lens you posted seems different from mine. My is Tamron AF 28-300mm F/3.5-6.3 XR DI LD ASPHERICAL (IF) MACRO (without VC).

The photo taken just on yestarday and it is my first day outing with my Dslr Canon 450D

Wow new toy. Yeah mine is the old one. It's a pretty fun lens but it's not wide enough. I like the tamron 17-35mm indoors. But this is a great street photo lens. And within 28-200mm it performs well enough. I get chroma aberration when the lens is beyond f6.

Nice street photography. Picture 5c, i guess that fella saw you zooming at him. Framing was great too. Good try.

Thinking of getting the new Tamron model 18-270mm, the view is wider but market no stock.
