what size?? 35mm, 120?
i tried to find superia 100 also, i think reala 100 easier to find. hahahaa. anyway, i just made do with superia 200. i shoot 35mm on SLR btw, this 4th colour layer was a marketing hype from ages ago. i bet the film u find today is the same, with that 4th colour layer whatever. waiting for the results from the lab to see how superia performs. have not used it since i last shot film maybe 7 yrs ago. but i liked fuji back then.

i got mine 3 for $10 from miao laan.
100 will be much better (need lots of light anyway) if i can find it. i don't mind paying the same price as 200.

euro? different country different pricing, dun think can compare directly.
fujifilm seems to be the most common consumer grade film i see around at neighbourhood photo shops (those who still deal with film, anyway). kodak also easy to find. konica is getting harder to find.

![]() Portra is Kodak's professional grade portrait negative film - about S$14 a roll Superia is Fujifilm's consumer grade negative film - about S$8 a roll NPS and NPH are Fujifilm's professional grade portrait negative film (Fujifilm equivalent of Portra) - about S$13 a roll NPC is Fujifilm's professional commercial grade negative film - about S$13 a roll For films just ask me lah. No need to start a thread. I have the technical data and test samples for almost all the films available in the market currently. Last edited by KopiOkaya; 27th February 2009 at 07:46 AM. |

BECAUSE KODAK PORTRA IS A PROFESSIONAL GRADE PORTRAIT FILM. It is more like comparing D3 with D60. Now, if you ask what is the difference between professional grade and consumer grade film, professional grade films are manufactured under very tight tolerance and quality control. Such films are always shipped and stored in a freezer. Last edited by KopiOkaya; 27th February 2009 at 07:54 AM. |
