Who needs that much velcro?

Why would anyone need that much velcro? These guys sell it by the roll http://www.liangdianup.com/miscellaneous_1.htm and is
hook and look and velcro the same thing?

velcro is a common stick and stay item that can be used anywhere. You can velcro everything in your house that needs to be held up. But it doesn't help in sagging boobs.

So don't recommend it to your wife or girlfriend.
