    Default When a model does not acknowledge a photo as your work when advertising...

    .... her modelling services using a photo you took during a paid shoot, what would you do ? Is there an issue of intellectual property here?

    No, it was a paid session, with about 8 other photographers present .....

    Then PM/call/email/whatever her first and ask her to remove your pic, or acknowledge you, or pay you the royalties. If she does not reply/refuses, post her name so we all know.

    Yes, it is copyright infringement.

    Tell her to take down or you will post her name for everyone to see
