these look like street candid, perhaps you can get better advise there. you dont look like new to photography, i see some good fundamental. as this is b&w and sepia, i wont mind it so much, but watch out for your highlight clipping. and perhaps go easy on the vignette effect, it doesn't seem to serve any purpose here. at least to me.
