Yashica 35-ME batteries?

Just a quick question:

Is the battery for this camera easy to find in singapore? In Yashica-guy.com website, he stated that this camera uses S76 / LR44 or SR44 1.5 V battery. I know mercury batteries are not available anymore. I googled and find images of it, but it looks like a typical cell battery.

Any advice?
