leica - the price is about there, but you can try gope, maxphoto or AP.
b+w - b&h or adorama heliopan - can try photographix at chinatown point or there is always b&s or ebay... |

I guess, popflash with about S$100 + S/H not too bad, even after shipping. |

hahaha... got me going there for a second thinking it was leica. i don't think b+w uv/ir filters are brought in by any store in s'pore. so should compare prices offered by b&h and adorama.

I was look for 39mm filter as well. In the end I bought it on ebay. If you're thinking about trying Sim Lim, then don't... I went there and most shops either thought I made a mistake with the size or they don't have it.
I think B+W make very good filters, other sizes can be found selling at SL but 39mm, you probably have to get it online. |

I got my filters from mainline photo, B+W MRC 486.
back then they had no stock i waited for around 2 months... good news is their stock is in from germany and you should get whatever you need fairly quickly.

alamak paiseh... i forgot to mention its online. yes they are based in Australia.
for stock enquiries you can email Scott vanthoff : scott@mainlinephoto.com.au DO NOT ORDER UNLESS HE CONFIRM HE HAS STOCK. if not prepare to wait for what seems like eternity.
