Unhappy Enquiries for Canon A70

I'm seriously considering of buying a Canon Powershot A70. Does anybody have any last minute advice for me before I proceed with the purchase? I do have a few questions though, they are...

1) Where is the cheapest place I can get the Canon Powershot A70 from?
2)Which is the most value-for-money 128mb CF card?
3)Is there anywhere I can get a Japan made A70?

Thank you for your time!

there are no a70 that is made in japan, a few points to take note make sure the lens cover retracts properly when you turn off the camera. switch to manual mode set to long exposure to over expose the picture and check for spolit pixels, i got two on my a70

it's pixels that are dead aka will not change their colours, they are black. but there are dead pixels that are red also. dead pixels refer to pixel that can't change colour. that's basically the main point to look into when buying a a70, btw do look at the viewfinder, my friend's a70 viewfinder got a strain of hair in it (very rare though).
