Default Blue skies plug in

I hear there are Photoshop plug ins to correct for dull skies without having to use multi exposures or layers. Has any one down this route and would they share their experiences as to its effectiveness. Thanks.

You don't need multiple exposures, but you probably do need to use layers. Why would you want to avoid using layers? (It would help if you posted a sample image. The fix probably depends on the particular image.)
