My A700 + CZ 16-80 was just calibrated last month by Sony and the focussing is now super accurate and consistent. Sony calibrated the lens to the body as the body focussing was fine (many CZ 16-80 have Back / Front focussing problems with A700, but Sony can calibrate the lens to the body for full compatibility and focus accuracy). Cleaning and checking was done as well under warranty.

This CZ 16-80 is the main reason why I hesitated to upgrade to A900 for so long. It is very sharp wide open and has the best bokeh of any lens I've had in this same aperture range. The tamron 17-50 is junk compared to this lens because it isn't sharp wide open (especially at the sides) - which defeats the purpose of having f2.8 - and does not have the same level of microcontrast and shadow detail.

Body still have 2 months local warranty. Lens is out of warranty, but Sony did a full check and calibration and found everything in perfect working order.

Both body and lens are in very good condition. Shutter count is around 10,000 - Lots of life left in this excellent DSLR.
