this one also very popular. maybe it is time to upgrade my Tokina 270 Pro II

wa liew so simple, because the lens rock that's why it is popular. if the lens lousy, do u think it will be popular?

Yes! There's plenty of crap lenses that have been popular sellers including:

Nikon's infamous dog the 43-86mm zoom
Sigma's infamous old series 24-120mm
Sigma's horrible early 80-200 MF lenses
Canon's 20/3.5 macro lens (awful awful awful)
Minolta's 100-300 consumer zoom (woeful)
Sigma's 400/5.6 AF lens (soft plus)

Tokina Pro II also rock maa... but maybe not rock as much because pockets still heavy with some money left...
