    (1) Will there be any issues placing clean/new lens together with lens that have fungi/fogging?

    (2) Will keeping these fogged/fungi lens in a dry box halt the deterioration

    many thanks!

You risk spreading the fungi spores; sure, there's spores everywhere, but now you're putting a very high concentration in there.

Please distinguish between fogged and fungi (meaning has fungus growing on it). A fogged lens just has some humidity at the surface. Fogging is condensation and occurs if the lens is colder than the ambient air and the ambient air is quite humid. Putting it next to any other lens doesn't do anything to the 'dry' lens.
Fungus ... if you want to grow fungus then put the lenses together. If you want to take pictures you better keep them separated.

Just curious... will placing a fogged lens in a dry box remove the fog and moisture from the inner surface of the lens?

It can help to remove the *moisture*, i.e., condensation, faster. Best is to leave it in the sun for a while imho.

As for fog caused by fungus... No.
