any template or software for creating childhood photo montage?

hi editors, would like to know is there any software specially dedicated for creating photo montage, especially for those from childhood to dating photos. cos there's difficulties to zoom in or change the opacity just to focus on the main person if there's those class photos or family photos. hope u guys understand what i'm saying.
