Default New Sigma 12-24 f 4.5-5.6 EX DG Aspherical lens

New Sigma lens for Canon DSLR....although aperture wise, lose to Nikon 12-24 f4 DX lens...at least Canonians have a choice finally.

Wonder if this will be good. Out in Oct 2003.

erm... why do you need a N-to-C adapter? they have the Canon AF mount version also what...

unless you're talking about getting the Nikkor 12-24 to fit Canon mount, which is not really advisable cos it's a G lens and DX some more. you won't be able to control aperture i think.

G lens has *no* aperture ring. So don't think you want to use it on a Canon system.
