Yap done that ..... they have quite a good feedback from photographers from Germany and US. I am not sure about local photogs have used it. I do see those items been used in American Top Models.

I just bought one which my friend helped to bring over from LA.. It is a micro mini frame which cost me around 160USD..

I just did some test shots but never did any proper shots.

The material looks and feels tough and durable.. Yes, it is very light and very easy to assemble.. And the material really looks different from what we got here in SG..

The concept of the sunbounce is just the same as our army used deployable bed..

Thumbs up..

The shots in the video looks really good. But I doubt it is the reflector that is producing the effect... I think the photographer is really good.

well, to me, a reflector is a reflector. just get some simple $50 4ft round foldable reflector , I suppose the result is still the same ( can change color some more ).

As to the flash bounce, perhaps you can think of some DIY to overcome it.

Thanks for the input.
Precisly what I am thinking. It does reminds me of the army stretcher for injured soldier.
Maybe can use it for carrying the model if one of them faint during the shoot.

Ya man.. But i dont think the sunbounce can hold any weight, the bars are made of very light aluminum which makes the whole reflector light..

Most importantly, what i like about this reflector is the quality, it is almost close to canvas type..

That depends....my main criteria when selecting the reflector is the color produced when light bounce on it. My understanding that different material produce different colors. Some are lasting, some are not. Some consistent, some not due to wear.

If the reflector worth the money, why not. Somemore from the video, it can withstand certain wind force, which I am facing a serious issue with my current reflector and reflector panel. Being blown off and damaged the lightstand. These days Singapore is getting more windy, which is very unusual.

It is worth DIY, seems easy to manufacture.

Now trying to source for the flash bracket. Maybe combined with super clamps and some extension rods.

i have a reflector holder that i think can use to hold the reflector and mount the arm to hold the flash. but most of the smaller reflectors are all round ones.

There are reflectors rectangle in shape. Need to search for them. I am thinking of using super clamps to hold the reflector holders and mount them onto the lighting stand.
Then fabricate an extension rod to put the flash

Hey, went through some of the short demonstrations by some photographers in the web. Very informative and learnt some new tricks. .....Attached youtube shows some actions using the micro with flash brackets. Noticed the lighting are quite well spread and handy.

Using Micro with flash bracket
