could consider the Sony MHG07A 0.7x wide-angle converter which costs ~$185 at Cathay Photo. this is a high quality converter.... I'm selling mine but to someone tonight.
You need to test it out though. |

( for S5000 ) ... and from where ( in stock? ) Might get it before my trip this sunday. Got myself the following so far: 8 pcs of sanyo 2100 Maha charger. DA lite with 30G HDD Hoya UV filte Cilp on lens cap ( orignal cannot use after putting on filter ) Additional 128mb XD chip. Fuji XD to CF adapter. (Cheaper than Oly ) Looking at the overland's Focus camera bag at sports connection.... sm |

for bags, check out the Lowepro series. They're good and not pricey.
The Fujifilm wide-angle.... is it the same as the one for 4900, 6900 and S602Z? If it's, you may not see a big difference with it attached. Anyway, this should cost <$210 (price I bought it at last year). |

i've got 55mm hoya UV filter.
but the orginial fuji cap cannot cap leh ![]()

Just leave the adapter ring on all the time loh.. jez switch between the lens cap and the filter ![]() |

You can get a basic typical black lens cap for 55mm at about $4 to $6. Most camera shops should have.
If you keep the adpator and UV(0) on all the time, your lens will never be exposed to dust or scratches! That is important to me! |
