Smile Cleaning the lens and filter

Hi,
What is the best way to clean the lens and it UV filter which I am carrying. My kid put a fingerprint shadow on it
I have a Nikon D80 and 18-135mm kit lens .. though these details wont change the answer probably.

Thanks
Neeraj
