Default using the oktomat

Hi, i'm new to this clubsnap forum.

I bought my Oktomat 2 years back and tried various times to develop the film, but they just turned out blank. I'll like to know if there is anywhere i can go to learn more about it. i checked the internet but there's little instructions about using the oktomat. i wonder if i loaded the film wrongly, or used the wrong film(i used the 400 one), or there's a place to develop it, or generally just have no idea how to use it. is there some shop i can go to, or is anyone patient enough to teach me?

thanks for hearing me out.

all blank as in blown out?
generally all film can be used.
but do note that the shutter speed is at 1/100 and aperture is at f8, and it takes abt 2secs for all 8 lenses to finish firing.
in dark conditions, u ain't gonna get much.
u may also also want to check the seals of the oktomat, to check for light leaks.
