Idea - Recommended Shop Award

I am not sure if there is already something like this around here.

Create a Topic, whereby everyone shares their experiences with shops they had been to recently. the Topic starter will continuously update the first post to let everyone know which shop had been treating their customers respectfully or badly. At the end of the year, or month, the shop with the best performance will be awarded with a CS Recommended Shop Award or something like that sort.

Objective:
This will ensure that, everyone will be able to get the best service just by looking at 1 Topic. And shop owners will also know how to improve on their performance. Secondly, this will make hospitality of the salesperson as competitive as their prices, and not low prices = bad service. Thirdly, Club Snap will be able to become the benchmarking tool for services of shops.

How to submit a recommendation or de-recommendation

Age:
Gender:
What happened:
Bottomline:
Specifically Recommended or Derecommended person:

-age and gender is important, sometimes their will not attend to students or females. With this two inputs, we will be able to see if the salesperson treats everyone fairly
-"specifically R or De-R person" might come into good use with CS salesperson award


This is just a rough idea... of course you guys can modify it, if decided to use.

Naming & shaming maybe open to legal issues, but I'm not an expert so my comments on that will end here.

A multi-choice, Fully agree to Fully disagree scale, on several topics may give a less specific but more overall view of shop performance.

Pleasant staff
Technically competent
Willing to Demonstrate products
Offer alternative equipment
Attempt to steal money from tourists

Select shop by check-box, followed by questionnaire... easier to compile results as well.
