hi people,
thanks for checking this thread out =) was just wondering which 2nd hand camera i should get and some information about them. 1.) How durable is a dslr? 3-4 years? 2.) Which is a better option for 2nd hand dslr? 300d at $300 350d at $400 400d at $500 3.) Having a tight budget, which other cameras would you recommend? THANKS! |

1) its as endurable as long you take care of it.
2) depends how much is left for lens. 3) depends on usage, unless you need DoF or Macro...a typical PnS will do.

1.) How durable is a dslr? 3-4 years? Depends on how you use the camera and how you take care of it. For example there is an estimated lifespan of the shutter units of the camera ( but you can always replace it when it is not working ) 2.) Which is a better option for 2nd hand dslr? 300d at $300 350d at $400 400d at $500 Better option is subjective. The 400D will be the newer one of the three. Work ard your budget 3.) Having a tight budget, which other cameras would you recommend? If you have to get a DSLR , you can try looking at the used section,. There are many other brands out there. Remember to factor in the cost of other accessories like memory card, batts, cleaning kits, dry cabi etc.. Ryan |
