How do i post photo ?

Hi all,
i would like to enquire with all of you on how do i upload pictures into threads for C & C, do i have to subscripe to certain plans to do so? And if yes, are there any other mode of payments other than paypal? Thanks for taking time out to reply me. Thank you?

what have you tried? Please list the steps you took. this is basic web stuff.
