Default Good "photo papers"

Recently, I saw a family portrait, at my fren's place, which was developed on a photo paper which has a canvas feel.

I'm thinking of developing a family photo which I took recently. Any idea where I can dev photos with above-average photo paper (smth like the canvas-feel ones)?

Also, I want to dev at sizes of S12R (12x18'') or above, and found that only Grace Digital Lab does it (at S12R). Is it good?

And has anyone tried developing photo thru Mac's iphoto (they use fujiflim)?

Thanks!
