Just to add more... Hehehehe

Everything taken at Singapore Botanical Gardens... How's the shot?

Anyway, when i take pics with the chrome mode, the colour is abit bluish. I have to use photoshop to correct the photos...

Juz wondering, what chrome mode are you talking about?? Are you talking about the "C" on the dial?? Nice pics..juz some humble comments though

Picture 1: juz wondering what are you trying to capture here? Is it the blue sky or the leaves??
Picture 2: Cute kids! Try not to zoom too much cos it can cause some noise to the picture. Alternatively, reduce the ISO..I presumed it is a sunny day, you can decrease your ISO to 100 or 200.
Picture 3: Oppss..camera shake present. Use tripod if not steady. One suggestion, take the overall "waterfall" but change the shutter speed - you can get different flows of the water from "beady" to "strands"...what is the shutter speed for this picture??

Blueish picture issue - might be some problem with the WB (white balance), I think...

Hmm...Nopes.. the chrome mode is the part where you have to press the F button beside the preview(play) button...Then you go to the finepix color... Select Chrome.. That is the chrome.. mode..

1) Im trying to catch the clouds in between the trees...
2) Haha, thanks. I see them so engrossed in it so i took a pic of it.. Alright, i forgot to adjust the ISO...

3) Alright.. I guess the speed was 1/15... Needa money to invest on a tripod...

Hmm.. white balance is set to auto.. But nvm, i decided to use photoshop for edits

Does this cam come with a lens hood like my old S5000, where a filter (protector) can be attached?

Low light performance for this camera is not so good unless you use the flash, which will make the picture looks overexposed. If you increase the ISO, then the pic will have a lot of noise.
