Lighting and white balance are tricky due to the arrangment of the spot lights, especially 7pm one. Shoot raw and use flash is the best option in my opinion. I used aperture piority mode, ISO 250-400 and shutter speed fix at 1/300 sec. Be careful when shooting dancer directly under the spot light because you might get over exposed pics. Change to lower ISO and/or aperture.
