Hi Ray, nice series you have here. Is the playground really filled with sand? I have not seen one like that. I thought usually it comes with rubber mat for better protection.

Anyway, the effect you have put on the photos are nice. Care to share how you did it?

Yes.. its taken at woodlands town garden past midnight.. THERES SAND! AMAZINGLY!

anyway.....
Settings are as follows:
FOR NUMBER 2
exposure time: 1.6sec
IS0: 400
Aperture: f2.8 WIDE OPEN

So sharp why? Because of the magical TAMRON 17-50mm f2.8!! at WIDE OPEN!

FOR THE REST:
exposure time: 20sec - 30sec
ISO: 100
aperture: f11-18

ALL TRIPOD MOUNTED

Made it into hdr look by playing with curves, exposure/highlights, dodge and burn tool,
high pass filter, unsharp mask filter and lastly manual vignetting using gradient with blending.

It sounds very complicated as I am not familiar with Photoshop. I will give it a try when I have the time. Thanks for sharing.
