Ruby has got the Paterson measuring cylinder, about $20. Maybe you can find one at places that sell baking stuff? Funnel you can get at those HDB shops selling pails and tools for less than $1.

Just go take a walk at your local shopping place and you can get it in five minutes. It has worked well enough for me.

Seng Cheong is selling AP measuring cylinder (650ml) for <S$10 each. For a smaller measuring cylinder (200ml), I got mine at CK Tang for S$2, look for it at the basement level, near the pot and pan section.
As for funnel, got mine at Tanjong Pagar household utility store for 0.40 each. |

For cheap plastic, Daiso can be your best friend. More than half of my measuring cups and cylinders are from there. Funnels are ikea.

For me the best place to buy all these measuring flasks, jugs, etc is those shops that sells such stuff for kitchen or bakery. There's this chain store called Poon Huat that carries full range of measuring flasks & stuff... They're very cheap and will definitely meet your needs. a 2 litres measuring flask costs me $5. For small quantity of fluid extraction, get a disposable syringe from any of the pharmacy.
