Which one faster

Hi Bro and Sis,
I have Z10fd and upgraded to the latest firmware. I do understand this camera can use Xd, SD or even SD-HC so which one can be recommended in term of speed (W/R) since
I have SD ultra2, Fuji XD and SD-HC?

What is the latest firmware upgraded for?

Pls do share your opinions.

i think should be SD. make sure you get the faster SD.
XD are great when you want to do panorama shooting using the camera. XD quite slow.

correct me if i'm wrong cause i'm a CF user.
