Default Crumpler look-alikes

Just to share.
I stumbled upon some Crumpler look-alike bags at Sports Connection outlet in PS (next to Kopitiam).
Logo very similar, nearly thought they were Crumpler bags until I saw the label is marked "Overland". Should be available at all outlets.

Sorry, didn't check out the prices.

At Juntion8 too, the sports connection there also flooded with it, not very pleased with the padding of the bag though.

Yeah, saw them on the shelf 2 weeks ago... Singapore design, China made... Only a fraction of the price of similiar Crumpler bag design.

They are from Bodypac, but can't find anything on the Bodypac site.

I personally have no problem with the padding of the bag. It is a good alternative for people who's not willing to pay high price for Crumpler bags.

I saw the Overland bag at Sports Connection. I thought 'Overland' is the name of one of the Crumpler series. Was wondering why the price has suddenly reduced so much. I even tried to look up for this model on the Crumpler website.

Very solidly built. Good value for money. However, by using a logo that is so close to Crumpler, they can be sued for trademark infringement or passing off. Provided that the Crumpler Logo is registered here.

It's above the Beach Road Hawker Centre across the road from Golden Cinema. Ask any army guy and they can direct you.
