Default Problem using sea level bubble in Markins Ball Head

    Hi pals

Just like to check how many actually find that the sea level bubble is useful on the M10 or Q3?

Apparently I have problem getting it fully balanced while panning across 180 deg.

Not sure if I have done it correctly.

Is there any good trick that I could learn here please.

    Many thanks in advance.

You need to get the tripod base plate level first before you can pan level across 180 deg.

    Thanks for the information.

Just trying to better understand the use of base plate.

I seriously wanting to balance the water level and just read some article from the Internet. It appears that it is a flat plate mount in between the Ball Head and Tripod base. But don't understand how it could help to balance the water level. Maybe I have look at the wrong page. Care to advice please.

    Thank you.
