actually it depends on what cityscape u want to shoot...at where too..be more specific it will be helpful to u too.

Anything from EF 14mm L to the 300, 400 or 500 L can. If need longer, use a teleconverter.
It all depends on what you need to shoot, and from where. |

35L would be ideal on a Full Frame

Kit lens will do. If really willing to put in effort then you may want to do a panorama hdr photo.
