Ray of Light

Does anyone know how to exaggerate the ray of light effect of this pic via photoshop? I've tried levelling to no avail.. any specific techniques? I'm sure everyone would like to know..

sorry everyone.. my mistake.. yeap.. back to the topic. how? shot this thru the airplane window (obviously) so quality is a bit compromised..

Now I can shoot in the hot noon day and make it a beautiful, breath-taking sun set.. ha ha ha... PS... that's cool
