How did you freeze the guy jumping? I can hardly take a pic indoors without camera shake.... How do you get such high shutter speed indoors and yet so bright image?

Thanks for viewing... Yes, need high ISO and shutter to freeze the image ..
the setting are 1/250, ISO 1000, f4.5 and a little bit of flash.....

Curious... According to your EXIF there is no flash.... was it a manual flash unit?
